These terms govern your use of LeadMerlin, operated by Halberd LLC. By creating an account or using the API you agree to them.
Accounts and API keys
You need a valid email address to sign up. Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can roll a key at any time from the dashboard.
Plans, credits and billing
- New accounts get 100 free leads. Paid plans include a monthly lead allowance that resets each billing period; unused leads do not roll over.
- Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel or update your card from the billing page at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Prices are shown on our pricing section and may change; we will tell you before a change affects your subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use LeadMerlin data to send spam, or to contact people in violation of CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, GDPR or other laws that apply to you;
- resell raw LeadMerlin data as a standalone data product without our written permission;
- attempt to bypass rate limits or credit accounting, share accounts to avoid limits, or disrupt the service;
- use the service for harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Data accuracy
Results are compiled automatically from public sources and third-party providers. Fill rates and accuracy vary by niche and location, and we cannot guarantee that every email, phone number or owner name is correct or current.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features; for material changes to paid features we will give reasonable notice.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
