Reach small local businesses directly — owner, mobile and email in one place

Account executives, SDRs and agency recruiters whose buyers are owners of small local businesses.

The job

Build a territory list of local businesses and reach the owner by phone or email, skipping gatekeepers where possible.

How it is usually done today

Why that hurts

How LeadMerlin does it

  1. 1

    Define the territory

Look up location codes for up to 5 cities per search.

  2. 2

    Search live

Results come from current Google Business Profiles, not a stored database.

  3. 3

    Prioritize

Sort by phone_type = mobile, then by owner present, then by review count.

  4. 4

    Load into your CRM

Export CSV from the dashboard or pull JSON via the API.

Look up territory location codes

curl "https://api.leadmerlin.com/api/v2/locations?q=austin" \
  -H "x-api-key: $LEADMERLIN_API_KEY"

curl -X POST "https://api.leadmerlin.com/api/v2/searches" \
  -H "x-api-key: $LEADMERLIN_API_KEY" \
  -H "content-type: application/json" \
  -d '{"keyword":"roofing contractor","location_codes":[1026201],"strictness":"moderate"}'

Location codes in these examples are placeholders — always look yours up with GET /v2/locations first.

FAQ

Is the data live?

Yes. Each search queries Google Business Profiles at search time and crawls websites fresh. Recently enriched domains are cached briefly and reused free.

Do I need the API?

No. The dashboard runs searches and exports CSV. The API is there when you want to automate.

Do unused leads roll over?

No. Lead credits reset each billing cycle.
